A Sad Dad Roadtrip

A hexcrawl journalling game for one player, inspired by works like The Last of Us and Logan. 

This game allows you to step into the role of a grumpy old man taking his new adoptive daughter on a cross-country road trip. Or the role of a young girl who's dragging her new adoptive father on a journey of discovery. You will escape dangerous pursuers, and build your relationship with your companion, while travelling towards a safer future.

Players move through a hex map, writing journal entries based on various prompts that track the progress of their journey and the emotional state of their characters. 

This game includes rules, 5 pages of journal prompts, a guide to making your own hex maps for the game, and 3 pre-made maps of varying lengths.
